Caitlin Clark and David Letterman are coming to Emens Auditorium December 2 at 7 p.m. Here is what you need to know before you go:
Doors Open
Lobby doors for the event open at 5 p.m., with seating beginning at 5:30 p.m. Guests are recommended to arrive no later than 6 p.m., as the program will start promptly at 7 p.m., according to a brief from the Ball State Marketing and Communications Center.

Phone Free Event
Cell phones will not be permitted in the venue, so long lines are expected to check phones in. The use of cellphones, cameras and other recording devices will not be permitted in the event space. Phones will be secured in Yonder pouches. Guests can use their phones in the designated "phone areas" outside of the event and will be resecured when reentering the event venue. At the end of the show, pouches will be unlocked and returned to the owner.
Filming Disclaimer
Ticket holders for the event consent to be photographed, filmed, videotaped or recorded in connection with the event, according to the brief.
"Holder grants to the event sponsor (and its assignees) permission to utilize Holder’s name, image, voice, actions, statements, and likeness (collectively, “Personage”) in any form, format, media, display, or other use made of, or at, the event in any medium, whether known or hereinafter created, or context for any purpose, including commercial, without further authorization from or compensation to Holder. Holder acknowledges they have no privacy expectation in connection with attendance at the Event. Holder covenants not to sue any of releases for use of Personage as provided herein," according to the brief.
Bag Policy
Large bags, backpacks and purses will not be permitted. Wallet-sized clutches no larger than 5" x 7", medical bags or parenting/diaper bags no larger than 14”x14”x6” are permitted.
Parking
Parking, as for most Emens' events, is free at the McKinley Avenue, New York Avenue and Student Center parking garages.
A drop off circle located southwest of Emens Auditorium can be used by patrons unable to walk from the parking garages. Exclusive shuttle service between the parking garages and the venue will not be provided. Ball State’s campus shuttle buses will operate as usual.
Free accessible parking for those guests with permits will be reserved to the east of the Health Professions Building, located at the corner of Riverside Avenue and Dicks Street. This lot will be available beginning at 5 p.m.
