Ashton asks Ball State's Spectrum Club the Byte-ing Question, what was your gay awakening?
Spectrum is Ball State's oldest queer community on campus, since 1974! They are a nationally registered GSA (Gender/Sexuality Alliance) who's goal is to provide an anonymous, healthy, and safe place for Ball State University students and surrounding communities who identify within the LGBTQ+ community or are allies, to help find an understanding network of support. All programs and activities sponsored by Spectrum are free for Ball State students, hosted bi-weekly on Thursdays at 6pm in the Multicultural center.
