MUNCIE, Ind. — Ball State University is gearing up for its 14th annual Rocky Horror Picture Show. The Rocky Horror Picture Show is a Halloween must-have here on campus.
The show works through a shadow cast. A shadow cast is a group of actors that perform in front of the screen playing the original Rocky Horror movie. The actors lip-sync the lines as all the different assigned characters. They also act and dance as the original actors in the film. This helps create an atmosphere that brings these iconic characters to life in real-time for all Ball State students.
Emens Auditorium hosts the show; the doors open at 10:30 p.m. on Halloween night. There is a pre-show to view at 11:00 p.m., but the entire Rocky Horror Picture Show starts at midnight. Ball State students get in for free with their University ID, but do not worry if you are not a student; tickets are sold for only $3 at the door.
If you are looking for a show with comedy, music, audience participation and Halloween vibes, this show is for you. Students are encouraged to wear their favorite costumes to the show and enjoy a night filled with laughter and friends.
