Tonight: Unseasonably warm temperatures are expected tonight. Lows will drop into the the low-60s with windy conditions of 15 mph containing gusts up to 30 mph. There will be moderate cloud cover but not enough to obstruct the night sky.
Tomorrow: Another windy day can be expected tomorrow. Winds will be blowing SSW at 20 mph and gusts reaching up to 30 mph. Clouds will drift out of the area with only a few lingering by the evening commute. Highs will remain warm for late October, reaching into the high-70s during the day.
7-Day Forecast: Rain returns to Muncie just in time for Halloween on Thursday. Rainfall amounts up to half an inch are possible. Wind speeds will remain high before finally decreasing on Friday going into the weekend. Fall temperatures will also make a comeback and land in the low-60s for the weekend. The sun will make an appearance on Friday and Saturday before going back behind the clouds on Sunday. Look for rain showers early next week with a chance of a stray shower on Election Day.
