YORKTOWN, Ind. — Grateful Fest held many events for Delaware County residents to participate in. One included some furry friends. Many vendors had different foods for people and dogs alike to try—an assortment of food trucks specialized in chicken to corn dogs. Many vendors had dog treats, from kibble to chicken bones.
Many more vendors sold blankets, jewelry, and cups. Grateful Fest was a great cause supporting dogs and dogs in the community. There was even a raffle where eventgoers could win prizes, and all proceeds would go to help rescue dogs.
Dog owners also expressed interest in returning to Grateful Fest, considering that their dogs get to meet other dogs and create bonds and friendships.
One owner said, “We've been coming here for five years. We love to come out on a nice day and support the cause.”
So many different dog breeds could be seen, from big Great Danes to small Dauschunds. Seeing all these cute pups was an eye-opener and the cutest thing to witness. To learn more about Grateful Fest, follow their Facebook page here.
