An easy way to get to campus

There’s no need to stress about finding a close parking spot in the crowded commuter lots, we’ve got you covered! The UV shuttle runs Monday through Friday all day long. You can walk to the front of the apartment complex near the clubhouse, hop on and it’ll take you to the Atrium parking lot for no charge. The shuttle is timed so you have enough time to get to class before the next hour starts. 

Affordable floor plans with spacious storage

We offer three- or four-bedroom floor plans, furnished or unfurnished; so, you can pick what best fits your needs. Along with the bedroom choices, there are also choices with the bathrooms. For the four bedrooms, you can either pick two bath or four. The bathrooms, along with other areas in the apartment like bedrooms, the kitchen, closets and more, provide a large amount of storage. You and your roommates will never get in each other’s ways at UV.
