MUNCIE, Ind. (NewsLink) -- Ball State Football is still many months away, but the Cardinals are still working hard. In a team meeting last week, Dylan Seiler received a scholarship in front of the whole team.
“Really reliving, ultimately that was like the big goal," Seiler said. Dylan is a redshirt sophomore who has been the team’s long snapper since last season.
Head coach Mike Neu respects Seiler’s attitude towards the game and he can count on him during every single time he needs him on special teams.
Seiler has a lot of experience with being a leader with his time as an Eagle Scout. Seiler was also one of 22 cardinals who were all-academic players for the Mid-American Conference last season. Even though the season is still over six months away, Seiler is still looking to “go into everything trying to do his best."
