MUNCIE, Ind. (NewsLink) - Ball state Women’s Volleyball is headed to the Mid-American Conference (MAC) championship as they face Bowling Green on Wednesday.
At the semi-finals on Monday night, the ladies were able to beat the Western Michigan Broncos in four sets. After facing adversity in the second set falling to the Broncos 25-21, the Cardinals were able to win the last two in dominating fashion. Ball State stuck to their style of volleyball in front of a great crowd at Worthen Area.
Ball State has been on fire winning 18-straight and confidence just keeps on growing. Head Coach Kelli Miller Phillips feels that it is a whole new season once they get into tournament time. Their whole game plan is just to stick with the mentality that they are 1-0.
Ball State will face Bowling Green at Worthen Arena on Wednesday at 4:30 p.m.
