VIDEO: Canpack Factory Groundbreaking

Gov. Eric Holcomb participated in the groundbreaking ceremony for the CANPACK factory on South Cowan Road in Muncie on Sept. 22. Holcomb felt optimistic about the new factory, which is expected to bring in over 340 jobs to Muncie and Delaware County.
