The Rinker Center for International Programs hosted Laughter Yoga on July 14 in the L. A. Pittenger Student Center. Participants went through various childlike play motions and sounds to create laughter, which helps lower stress and boost energy. The class was taught by Cindy Cash, an Instructional Design and Technology Consultant for iLearn and an adjunct faculty member for the Miller College of Business.
